Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic manipulation helps restore motion between the bones (vertebra) of your spine. A chiropractic adjustment is designed to get you out pain and help you feel better. The vertebra in your spine will occasionally become stuck or fixed due to stress placed on the spine. The stress can be due to a specific event like such as a slip or fall, or can be due to chronic overuse and repetitive stress such as prolonged sitting with poor posture. This stress can lead to decreased range of motion in the spine as well as pain. In order to perform the chiropractic manipulation, a quick movement is made with the hands, freeing the necessary vertebra and increasing motion in the spine.
